Jim Flaherty
Owner

The path to the world of printing was a less than direct one for Jim Flaherty. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls (with degrees in communications and business), his professional working history includes stops with Play It Again Sports-where he was a manager-and Amoco Corp., where he was lead painter. He’d attended college with plans on becoming a teacher, but his interests soon shifted to business. Flaherty got his first break in printing from Dale Beane (his future father-in-law) at lnsty-Prints of Falcon Heights, MN. He served in every position in the company except press operator. After being a delivery driver for Beane’s shop, Flaherty worked his way up to production manager. It was apparent, however, that sales was a true calling for Flaherty, who upon becoming an account manager, won an award for having the highest sales volume in the Allegra Network for three consecutive years.

An avid baseball fan who also enjoys football, basketball, and racquetball, Flaherty also counts continuing education among his interests; particularly those opportunities that can help him improve as a leader. The Flahertys have been married for 12 years and have two sons, Shawn, 10, and Ryan, 6. They also have a Maltese dog named Macie.

Jackie has been an Account Executive with Allegra for the past 6 years and Image360 for one year. Majoring in Marketing Communications with an Art minor at the University of Wisconsin in River Falls has provided an edge to her clients by allowing effective and efficient communication in terms of job specifics and visual concepts. In her time at Allegra she has significantly grown her customer base by creating value with every interaction to exceed each client’s unique needs. The previous three years she has been presented with the “Honors Sales Top 10” award for exceptional inside sales performance throughout the entire Allegra Network. Adding on Image360 one year ago, Jackie has been excited to have another avenue to fulfill her client’s needs with many different and cutting-edge signage solutions.

K.J. Harstad

K.J. Harstad, a graduate from University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art. With over 13 years experience working in the printing industry, she thrives in the fast-paced and ever changing print world. Starting out in 2001 as a young prepress operator in Wisconsin she learned how to trouble shoot print files and prepare them for output. A skill that she excels in. She joined Allegra in 2007 as a prepress/design and digital copier operator. She has implemented and standardized a prepress work flow system that allowed for more accurate and quicker turn around time on print projects. She is highly motivated to output the best looking product available and is thrilled that Allegra and Image 360 have teamed up to give our clients yet another business building option.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, creating art, framing, gardening and golfing.

I have been a business entrepreneur for 30+ years with experience in Retail, Service and Multi-Level Marketing. I have been a Real Estate Broker for the past 20+ years. I’m currently the Broker/Owner of Beacon Properties, a full service Real Estate Brokerage offering Residential, Commercial, Investor and Development services. I’m also the owner of Cormarq, a Promotional Marketing Agency offering Creative Brand Marketing services to all size businesses. I’m currently merging Cormarq with Allegra and will be the outside salesperson responsible for new account acquisition promoting all the marketing products and services Allegra offers. I’m a 5+ year board member for the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) and I currently Chair the Ambassador Committee for SPACC. I also sit on the SPACC Public Affairs and Political Action committees as well. 27 years ago I helped organize The Oakdale Business and Professional Association and I still hold a board position there. I am also a member of Allied Executives, a business owner’s/CEO peer group.

I have 2 children, Michael 16 and Kristina 13. I currently chair the Evangelical Committee at King of Kings Church. I live in Woodbury and have been a resident of the east metro area for all my life. I graduated from Tartan HS and went to Inver Hills Community College for Business and Accounting.
